Customer support is available by telephoning World Souvenirs on +44(0)1625 533434 . This service is supported by a call centre and answering machine which is available at all times. Costs are at normal telephone call costs for dialling the United Kingdom. Please leave your name, telephone number and brief outline of your query. The answering machine is checked at least daily and all calls dealt with as soon as possible. You should expect to receive contact within 24 hours of placing your call. Minimum Order Value:
Please note that there is a minimum order value of £5 for credit and debit card transactions
 
Making a Purchase:
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit and debit card payment. (minimum £5 order) If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and JCB. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone (+44(0)1625 533434- quoting order number), fax, snail mail or over the Internet. You may send an order by post with cheque (GB Pounds sterling) or international money order in GB Pounds sterling). These should be made payable to World Souvenirs Limited and posted to Hollin Cottage, 10 Hollin Lane, Styal, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 4JH, United Kingdom. Prices include local taxes and packing. Postage is charged seperately.

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and any respective payment for the unfulfilled portion returned or not taken in the case of a credit card payment.

All orders are dealt with as soon as possible. Most orders are despatched within 24 hours. Delivery to UK is about 7 days.Europe 7-10 days. Delivery to USA about 10-14 days. Australia and Far East allow 15-20 days. Please note that this may alter in the Holiday season.

Complaint:
Should you find a problem then please contact us as soon as possible in order that we can rectify the problem. If any item is defective, damaged in transit or otherwise unacceptable then we will make every effort to correct the situation to your complete satisfaction. If you have any complaint then please contact John Swinbourne in complete confidence by email at info@worldsouvenirs.co.uk and provide a contact email address or telephone number and we will contact you within 24 hours. All complaints will be dealt with fairly, in confidence and speedily. We will also ensure that you are kept fully informed about progress.
 
Returns:
Damaged or Faulty.- If the goods are damaged in transit or faulty, please contact us by email at info@worldsouvenirs.co.uk within 30 days and we will replace them free of charge. We may ask you to return them to us, in which case we wil refund your postage costs.
Unacceptable. - Goods that are unacceptable for any reason may be returned for a full refund, but you must contact us first for authorisation by email at info@worldsouvenirs.co.uk

We do not disclose your details or any other information that you provide to us to enable us to process your order to third parties unless required to do so by a legal judgement.Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
